How Do You Get the Head Off a Toothbrush?
To remove the brush head, you must grip the head and handle in opposite hands. The bristles should face away from you. Then, place your thumb on the dots and pull the head gently using a slight arc motion. However, avoid snapping it directly in a backward direction.
The brush head of an electric toothbrush is replaceable. Twist the head counterclockwise at 90 degrees and pull it away from the handle. Slide the new head and turn it clockwise at 90 degrees till the arrows are aligned. The batteries of smart toothbrushes are replaceable.
Follow the following steps to replace the head of the cross-action toothbrush
· Place the quick relief tool on the nick of the toothbrush as it was shown, and then press it.
· Next, slide the brush head off. Make sure it is parallel to the nick of the toothbrush.
· To replace the head, keep the new one parallel to the nick of the toothbrush and slide the head towards the handle until you hear a click and it’s in place.
· Lastly, check if the brush head is attached.
You are supposed to change your brush head every three months according to the recommendation of dentists.
